Cancellation Policy

We’re so looking forward to welcoming you for a relaxing stay by the sea.

To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival.

We understand that plans can sometimes change, so we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible:

• More than 21 days before arrival: You’ll receive a full refund of any payments made
• Within 21 days of arrival: Your deposit will be retained
• Within 14 days of arrival: Unfortunately, the booking becomes non-refundable

If your plans do change, please let us know as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to help where we can.

For peace of mind, we recommend considering travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes.
